Online Orders
Placing an order on www.lapampashoes.com is simple and complies with all Electronic Commerce laws and regulations. If you would like your VAT number on the invoice, please indicate this during the checkout process. Order processing begins only after payment confirmation. If the shipping information is incorrect or you wish to modify your order, please request changes or even cancellation by email at lapampashoes@gmail.com.
Campaigns on Online Purchases
Get a discount on an online purchase by entering a code at checkout. Discount codes and campaign offers are not cumulative with other codes and cannot be applied to items that are already on sale.
Pricing and Payments
All product prices on the website www.lapampashoes.com are displayed in euros (€) and include taxes. Any changes to the applicable VAT rate will be immediately reflected in product prices. La Pampa Shoes reserves the right to adjust prices at any time. Prices on the online store are independent of those on purchases made via social media (Instagram and Facebook).
Payment Options
The following payment options are available:
MB Way
This is Portugal’s first mobile payment solution, allowing you to pay for purchases and make instant transfers using just your mobile number.
- Choose the MB WAY payment option and enter your mobile number.
- Wait for the pending payment notification on the MB WAY App.
- Once you receive the pending payment notification, you will have about 10 minutes to approve it by entering your pin.

Multibanco
During checkout, choose the “Multibanco” option to generate the entity/reference details for your order. These details will also be sent via email, allowing you to pay at a Multibanco terminal or through online banking. The payment deadline is 2 hours after placing the order. After this period, the stock reservation is canceled, and the order will be voided.

We do not offer cash on delivery. If a payment option is unavailable at the time of purchase, this may be due to technical or maintenance issues.
Shipping Orders
For mainland Portugal, orders are shipped via CTT or Fema Transportes. Orders to other locations are sent through CTT, which then forwards them to the local postal services in the customer’s country.
Delivery times are generally as follows:
- Mainland Portugal: 24-48 hours (CTT or Carrier)
- Islands: 3-5 days (CTT)
- International: 5-7 days (CTT)
Shipping costs are applied as follows:
- For orders within Portugal over €49.90, shipping is free. Below this amount, the shipping cost is added to the final purchase price.
- For orders within the European Union, only shipping fees apply, which are added to the final price at checkout.
- For orders outside the European Union, additional customs fees may apply, which we cannot calculate in advance and are always the customer’s responsibility.
Once item availability is confirmed and payment is received, your order will be shipped the same day or the next business day. If you are not at the address during delivery, a notice will be left in your mailbox with the local post office’s details so you can collect the package as soon as possible. For CTT, this period is three business days.
Exchanges and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with an item or if the size does not fit, you have up to 15 days to exchange or return it. Items must be intact and in their original packaging. To request an exchange or return, please email lapampashoes@gmail.com, including the order number.
Refunds will be processed after receiving and inspecting the returned items and will be issued via the original payment method. La Pampa Shoes does not cover shipping costs for exchanges or returns, even if free shipping was offered as part of a promotion.
Items that show signs of use or have damaged outer packaging will not be accepted for return or exchange. Products missing accessories, documentation, or original packaging will not be refunded.
If you receive an order with a damaged outer package, please contact your local post office or carrier. For items that are damaged or defective, please email us at lapampashoes@gmail.com as soon as possible.
